We are currently looking for an ambitious, self-driven Transfer Pricing Manager (full time) to strengthen our Zaventem office and help shape the transfer pricing practice of tomorrow.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As Transfer Pricing Manager for (international) mid-sized companies, you will play a leading role in delivering strategic transfer pricing advice and solutions. You will help clients optimize their transfer pricing position and navigate complex domestic and international challenges.
Your responsibilities include:
Strategic & Technical Transfer Pricing Work
- Advising clients on transfer pricing planning, structuring opportunities, and strategic approaches.
- Leading the development of transfer pricing models and methodologies.
- Preparing and reviewing benchmarking analyses, transfer pricing documentation, and intercompany policies.
- Managing local and international transfer pricing audits, verifications, and ruling requests.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Managing key client relationships and ensuring tailored, high-quality service.
- Translating complex transfer pricing concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Team Leadership & Practice Development
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior colleagues.
- Sharing expertise and contributing to the continuous growth of our TP practice.
- Staying up to date with evolving international guidance and proactively advising clients on upcoming changes.
